About Fatou

Hello there, thanks for joining us. My name is Fatou Ouattara and I am from Bouake, Cote D'Ivoire. When I was seven years old, my mother taught me to cook Ivorian traditional food, like Okra stew, Lafri, Attieke and many more West African Delicacies.

As a teenager, I would visit my grandmother in Bobo Dioulasso, Burkina Faso, she showed me how to cook with clay ovens, wood fire and traditional spices made from scratch. The process of cooking back home was strict, but I learned to enjoy it. My Passion for cooking comes not only from creating recipes, but executing recipes that were passed down to me from my elders.

Being able to amaze my customers with the mixtures of flavors is what drives me and I hope you will enjoy the food and leave us feedback so we can improve whatever you did not enjoy.
